Some would describe Nancy as a “Jill-of-all-trades”. She often has her hands in too many cookie jars, but thrives in high-intensity, high-stakes, fast-paced situations. If life starts to get too easy, she throws another project into the mix.

On any given day of the week, one can find Nancy:

• Leading product development teams, pushing them to be user-centric, designing a product vision, all while balancing speed of delivery and quality; a thrill and challenge to simultaneously simplify and enrich a digital product experience

• Coffee-chatting with San Jose’s education leaders, collaborating on ways to improve the public school system, or designing the next elementary school Teaching Garden installation

• Testing out trellising systems and vine grafting techniques with her sommelier husband, Ryan Brignole, in their backyard, as part of their learning journey towards owning a small vineyard in the next 3-5 years

• Hiking with Ryan, Great Dane Beezie, and Maltipoo Archer on the trails of the incredibly beautiful Bay Area

• Visiting art museums, or collaborating with her network of international pop artists to promote their work in the US

An unwavering constant across her passions and projects is the exuberance she brings to anything she sets her heart on.
